A combination of components like no others

Skillset of movements

Natural movement, human locomotion, laws of biomechanics and efficiency. Basics-to-complexity process. Exercises in isolation for rehabilitation

Arts of movement

Elements of: martial arts (muay thai, tai chi, qikung), boxing, dancing, parkour, weight lifting, (barefoot) running, calisthenics, yoga

Nature

Barefoot principles and in nature when possible, interaction with natural elements, search of the inner self

Connecting to yourself

Mobility, connecting body segments, flow, senses, coordination, breathing, somatic movements

Connecting to surroundings

Using your environment. "Relationship" with the ground

Play and partner work
